Vicki Hellard-Orem is the VP of Operations for FlexTG, where she leads the company’s order management, contract billing, records maintenance, data collection and project management teams. Before joining FlexTG in 2019, she served in the United States Air Force and spent over three decades in the technology sector. She has held various leadership roles at Xerox, IKON and Ricoh.
With a strong background in operations and process optimization, Vicki is known for building high‑performing teams, strengthening governance, and driving clarity across complex initiatives. She brings a practical, people‑centered leadership style that balances results with collaboration and accountability.
Vicki and her husband, Randy live in Mesa, Arizona.
