Jason Thayn joined FlexTG as General Counsel in September 2023. His expertise will further define, develop, and drive FlexTG’s legal processes and support for ever-growing company needs.
Prior to joining FlexTG, Jason served as the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Grimaldi’s Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria. Beginning his career in 2006, Jason’s extensive experience includes general counsel, other in-house and law firm roles where he supported all legal affairs for companies and a wide range of legal areas, including commercial contracts and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, data security, risk management, employment law, and intellectual property law. Jason earned his B.S. from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
