Vicki Lindamood serves as Vice President, Human Resources at FlexTG, where she leads the people strategy that supports the company’s teams and continued nationwide growth.
She joined FlexTG from Group 1001, where she was President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading human resources, learning and development, and communications across the organization. Under her leadership, the team earned the Indianapolis Business Journal’s HR Impact Award for its work elevating the employee experience.
Vicki brings more than two decades of senior HR leadership across some of the most respected organizations in the country, including ABM Industries, Advocate Aurora Health, Amazon, Nestlé USA, and Nationwide. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Concordia University–St. Paul, and she is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.
