A distinguished boutique hotel, established in 1926, sought to enhance its operational efficiency and guest experience. Part of a renowned hotel group with four locations, this boutique hotel boasts 285 spacious guest rooms, a trendy coffee lounge and bar, and an upscale fine dining restaurant.

Prior to partnering with us, the hotel had engaged FlexTG to manage its printer fleet and relied on Konica Minolta for copier services. Unfortunately, the service provided by Konica Minolta failed to meet expectations, leading to dissatisfaction. We replaced the underperforming Konica copiers with new HP A3 printers and standardized the entire print fleet to 100% HP, including printers.
