Frank Gaspari
Chief Executive Officer
Frank is a serial entrepreneur who founded FlexPrint, LLC in Mesa, AZ in 2005. Frank and his team grew FlexPrint into the largest independent national provider of MPS. In 2015, Frank leveraged FlexPrint as the platform company for Flex Technology Group. Frank is the CEO of Flex Technology Group and has joined with Oval Partners, a multi-family office Private Equity Firm, to build out a national group of high performing print dealers that can service enterprise and major accounts throughout the United States. Today, Flex Technology Group is comprised of 16 companies and over 1,300 dedicated employees located from coast to coast.
Frank started his entrepreneurial career in Chicago, co-founding Column Office Equipment in 1990 and Image Manufacturing in 1998. Both companies were acquired by Global Imaging Systems (GISX), now a subsidiary of Xerox, in 1999 and 2004 respectively. Frank served as president of GISX’s Chicago Office Technology Group and his team was recognized on multiple occasions with the Chairman’s Award as GISX’s top-performing company.
Frank currently resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife Anne and their two daughters. Frank is the seventh of eight children of Richard & Isabelle Gaspari and is a lifelong Chicago Sports Fan.

Karen Roscher
Chief Financial Officer
Karen Roscher joined Flex Technology Group as Chief Financial Officer in February 2020. She brings extensive financial, operational, and strategic experience to the executive management team. This, combined with her proven record of scaling high-growth companies, will continue to be a huge asset to FTG as the company grows both organically and through M&A.
Roscher joined FTG from Bibliotheca Group, a global library systems and solution provider, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Roscher was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Lantiq, a fabless semiconductor firm focused on wireline communication. Prior to that, she held Cheif Financial Officer roles at Welch Allyn, a global medical device manufacturer, and Conexant Systems, fabless semiconductor firm focused on telecommunications.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and later went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration, also from Arizona State University. Roscher is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ron Nielson
Chief Operating Officer
Ron Nielson holds over three decades of executive operational and sales leadership experience from well-known office technology companies such as IKON, Ricoh, and Flex Technology Group (FTG). Ron joined FTG 2018, as Senior VP of Sales and then President of FTG-Texas.
Effective September 2021, Nielson was named Chief Operating Officer of FTG. In this newly created role, he will continue to use his industry and operational expertise to oversee FTG’s ongoing business and sales operations, handling the day-to-day administration and operations of the overall business.
A complete professional and expert in this field, Nielson is the epitome of transformative operational and sales leadership. It’s his extremely outcome-driven mentality and focus on people development that have supported FTG’s success during the organization’s period of hyper-growth.
Jim Haskin
Chief Information Officer
Jim Haskin joined the Flex Technology Group executive leadership team in January 2022 as Chief Information Officer. He’s a global IT executive in the software, technology, and professional services sectors with an exceptional record in driving digital transformation, building and maintaining high-performing teams, cultivating effective business relationships, and managing the execution of strategic initiatives.
In his most recent role as Senior VP and CIO at Aspect Software, Jim played a crucial role in transitioning the organization’s infrastructure, products, people, and financial model to the cloud. Prior to Aspect, Jim served as Executive VP Enterprise CRM Practice at Levementum where he was responsible for building and leading a startup Salesforce.com consulting practice. Prior to that, he served as Senior VP of Services at CloudTrigger and worked as a CXO Advisor at Salesforce.com. He has also held senior IT leadership positions at Websense (WBSN), Acxiom (ACXM), Siebel Systems, and Gateway. He began his IT career at Accenture.
Jim earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in information systems from the University of Maryland.
Jeff Wilson
VP of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development for Flex Technology Group (FTG), Jeff Wilson focuses on enterprise business development and national accounts for FTG’s family of companies. In this role, he develops long-term customer relationships by differentiating FTG’s collective business units from industry competitors, motivating the FTG companies to generate national business opportunities and exceed customer expectations at a national level. Jeff’s understanding of the market and ability to motivate our national sales teams stem from his prior industry experience.
Previously, Jeff served as Vice President of Business Development for FlexPrint National Managed Print Solutions for over 10 years. Prior to FlexPrint, he was Regional Sales Manager for Print Inc. in San Diego, overseeing accounts in the California and Phoenix markets for more than six years. Earlier in his career, Jeff served as Sales Manager for Infinity Mortgage Company in Bellevue, Wash.
Jeff earned degrees in business administration and kinesiology from Washington State University. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two children.
Mike Martos
VP of Technical Services
Mike Martos joined the Flex Technology Group team in October 2016 as Vice President of Technical Services. Mike brings over 32 years of technical services experience, providing leadership that elevates customer experiences. He currently leads our national service team, ensuring that quality of service continues to be a differentiator for Flex Technology Group. Mike has executive ownership of leading and developing a geographically disbursed technical team that are passionate about offering outstanding service. His expertise will help Flex Technology Group to continuously innovate and improve our service offerings, internal processes, and workflow to enhance end-user experiences and drive improved results.
Prior to joining Flex Technology Group, Mike held several executive-level positions with Chicago Office Technology Group, AOE, and Danka, where he provided service leadership and direction for implementations, installations, and service support along with driving high levels of customer service. While at Chicago Office Technology Group, Mike held a secondary role with the parent company Global Xerox as GIS VP of Service Employee Development. This role included development of GIS Technical Service Trainers, Leadership Development with the first and second level Service Managers and consisted of training seminars across the US based on Regional Service needs. Mike also served on the GIS Service Leadership committee.
K.D. Shull
Sr. VP of Legal Affairs
K.D. Shull joined Flex Technology Group as our Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs in November 2019. Prior to joining FTG, K.D. served as the Director of Legal affairs for the international telecom giant, Huawei Technologies, where she managed their U.S. litigation, provided risk management advice, developed & implemented strategies, and assisted in all aspects of case workup. Both a lawyer and a well-rounded business partner, we are excited to welcome K.D. to our executive team. As FTG continues to expand, her experience will play a crucial role in protecting the organization’s legal interest, maintaining its operations, and providing hands-on counsel to all levels of FTG’s executive staff.
Terri Pattillo
VP of Human Resources
Terri Pattillo joined Flex Technology Group as VP of Human Resources in May 2023. She brings with her a wealth of experience and industry knowledge with 30 years working in HR and over 25+ years working in office technology.
Her expertise lies in providing strategic leadership and operational management for a broad range of HR functions, with proven results in driving employee engagement and talent management initiatives. Her skill set is highlighted by her proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to provide pragmatic and balanced solutions to complex problems. These qualities, combined with her additional background in employment law, employee relations, and HR policy development will be invaluable to our organization as we continue to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
