Erik Hansen serves as Senior Vice President, IT at FlexTG, where he leads the technology strategy and operations that power the company’s growth and customer experience. Erik joined FlexTG in June 2026, bringing a depth of enterprise technology leadership and a reputation for turning complex IT challenges into reliable, scalable results.
Most recently, he spent nearly a decade at Verra Mobility, a smart transportation technology company, where he served as Vice President of Information Technology and led enterprise infrastructure and IT operations spanning cloud and on-premise data centers, networks, enterprise systems, and service desk teams.
Throughout his career, Erik has been recognized for a results-oriented leadership style and a deep commitment to developing high-performing teams. His expertise spans IT operations and infrastructure, large-scale project delivery, systems modernization, and IT governance and compliance. Erik holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and is ITIL certified.
