As FlexTG’s Chief Operating Officer, Ron Nielson holds over three decades of executive operational and sales leadership experience from well-known office technology companies such as IKON, Ricoh, and Flex Technology Group (FlexTG). Ron joined FlexTG 2018, as Senior VP of Sales and then President of FTG-Texas before being name FlexTG’s Chief Operating Officer.
In 2023, Ron was named the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Flex Technology Group. In this capacity, he oversaw all sales and marketing for FlexTG and its entire family of companies. In 2025, he returned to his role as the Chief Operating Officer of FlexTG.
