Alicia Vander Kooi

Alicia Vander Kooi is a seasoned Finance and Operations Executive with over 30 years of experience delivering business and financial leadership across diverse industries, including financial services, managed print services, software development, and manufacturing. Her ability to balance rigorous financial analytics with a commitment to building strong relationships has consistently driven operational excellence throughout her career.

Since joining Flex Technology Group in 2019, Alicia has served as Director of Finance and now leads as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where she partners closely with executive leadership to drive value through financial strategies, forecasting, and process improvements. 

Alicia earned her MBA and BS in Finance from Arizona State University. She is a dynamic leader recognized for her ability to translate strategic vision into actionable results while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
