Dave Betts is the VP of Supply Chain Operations for FlexTG. Dave, who joined FlexTG in October 2025, brings with him nearly three decades of experience in supply chain operations within the technology sector. His strategic vision and leadership have quickly led him to assimilate into the senior leadership team where he has developed best-in-class distribution networks for FlexTG’s sustained growth.
Before joining FlexTG, Dave held various leadership roles within technology firms, including IKON and Ricoh. In these roles, he has consistently shown the ability to drive LEAN operations and optimize distribution networks, while reducing costs and improving the customer experience. His expertise in Supply Chain and deep industry knowledge make him a key leader for FlexTG’s Supply Chain Team.
