Ayesha Boyd
Groupon
Head of Global IT Support Services
Ayesha A. Boyd serves as the Head of Global IT Support Services at Groupon, leading a Global team of professionals to design, maintain and operate helpdesk solutions. Prior to Groupon, Ayesha worked as a VP, IT Service Solutions Manager at Societe Generale.
She attended the University of Notre Dame, earning a B.A. in English and Computer Applications and attended Depaul University earning a M.S. in Information Systems. Ayesha currently serves on the NAF Advisory Board for Washington High School of Information Technology. She was a past member of the Notre Dame Alumni Board and is currently a member of the Notre Dame Monogram Club.
Ayesha is a native of South Carolina and resides in Forest Park where she is active in her community through her local running group (Best Foot Forward) and is an advocate to helping to end homelessness by serving as a volunteer with Housing Forward.


Stef Caldwell

Stef Caldwell is the author of ManifestHer & founder of PM School. By day: She leads global commercial sales for Chicago-based AI company, Narrative Science. By night: She is a passionate storyteller, mentor & investor. After-hours: You can find her connecting with women entrepreneurs over a glass of wine, catching standup comedy with her hubby, on long walks with her besties and/or furbaby, or curled up on the couch watching a great movie or reading a nonfiction book.


Trina Gizel
ECHO Incorporated
Vice President Information Technology, CIO
Despite a 25+ year career in technology, Trina describes herself as a people & business leader first and foremost. After many years working as an independent systems/network engineer and running her own consulting firm, Trina pivoted to global IT leadership positions in high tech, manufacturing and software organizations, managing technology teams of 10-200. As CIO/VP of IT with ECHO Incorporated, she’s expanded her impact and purview to include multi-level supply chain, including distributors, dealers and big box customer channels. She embraces what technology can do strategically for a business and continues to be an energetic change agent for ECHO. Trina has successfully leveraged numerous mentors to build her career and seeks to counsel others to pay it forward.


Whitney Lane
Watercrest Senior Living Group
Senior Vice President of Operations
Whitney Lane is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Watercrest Senior Living. In her role with Watercrest, she oversees operations, clinical services, memory care, programming, and recruitment. Whitney is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and a Master of Science degree in Social Work. She started working in the senior living industry as a regional nurse in 2005 and has continued to work in long term care ever since. She started with Watercrest Senior Living in 2018 as the Vice President of Clinical Operations and was promoted to the Senior Vice President of Operations role in 2019. Whitney is passionate about seniors, servant leadership, mentorship, and believes in bringing excellence to everything that you do.


Esmerelda Lee
Century Park
Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President
Esmerelda is a graduate from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences/pre-med emphasis, and she earned her master’s degree in public health administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She started her career with Life Care Centers of America and then transitioned to Century Park Associates. Esmerelda later joined Enlivant where she led regional teams across the country. As the Chief Operating Officer for Century Park Associates, Esmerelda has led the team through the COVID-19 pandemic while driving vision, creating culture, and developing innovative strategies to leverage the company’s growth.


Kendall Pouland
Tellepsen
Director of Technology & Innovation
Kendall Pouland is the Director of Tech & Innovation for Tellepsen, one of the largest general contractors in the greater Houston, Texas area. After about 10 years as a Construction Project Manager, Kendall began to focus on continuous improvement of both people and processes in the organization. She works with all departments to help evaluate processes and related technology and implement improvements.
