2021 Annual Open Enrollment

FTG is hosting our annual open enrollment from March 22nd – April 5th.

This is an active enrollment; all employees must log in to our benefits site to elect or waive benefits for the upcoming plan year.

What’s New: Key Changes & Highlights

  • No rate increases!
  • New Plan Year Dates: Upcoming plan year will run from 05/01/2021 – 12/31/2021. The following plan years will run 01/01 – 12/31
  • ALEX – new benefits decision tool to assist you with selecting benefits
  • EverythingBenefits – new enrollment system to manage your benefit elections. You’ll access this through Kronos.
  • iEngaged – customized app to conveniently provide you with all FTG plan documents and resources through one app
  • UNUM will provide Dental and Vision for richer benefits and better rates
  • Employer HSA contributions moving to twice per plan year – May 1st and September 1st
  • New Leave of Absence administrator for better employee leave experience

Ask ALEX, Your Personal Enrollment Support

Beginning March 15th

Meet Alex, an interactive platform that provides personalized enrollment support anywhere, 24/7. ALEX will help you make smarter, wallet-friendly choices about our benefits. This tool provides a breakdown of each benefit and can assist with your selections based on your family needs. Click here to meet ALEX.


Step 2

Attend a Live Zoom Meeting

March 19th – March 31st

Attend an Open Enrollment Zoom meeting! Review the 2021 Benefits Guide and attend a live Zoom meeting to review benefit details of the upcoming plan year. You can enroll using the tools in the next steps.


Step 3

Schedule 1×1 Appointment with the Total Rewards Team

March 23rd – April 5th

Have questions about your benefits, open enrollment, or the new benefits site? Schedule a one-on-one meeting with a representative from our Total Rewards team. Book a meeting using MS Teams or email them at Benefitsinfo@FlexTG.com.



Complete your Open Enrollment

March 22nd – April 5th

Enrolling: Log in to Kronos > Favorites > Links > Open EverythingBenefits > and click on Open Enrollment to make your benefit selections no later than April 5. Your new benefit elections will go into effect on 05/01/2021.

Open Enrollment

  • Additional coverage for life insurance is available for full-time employees and their eligible dependents.

To help you build a solid financial future, Flex Technology Group is proud to offer eligible employees a 401(k) retirement plan. You are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Plan upon meeting the age and eligibility requirements. There are two types of salary deferrals: Pre-Tax 401(k) deferrals and Roth 401(k) deferrals. The FTG FIT Wellness portal is your source for education, activity and support in your life-long health and wellness journey.

The first time you access the portal, you will be prompted to create a username and password as well as enter your birthdate, gender and company email address. A verification email will be sent to confirm your account.
