What’s New: Key Changes & Highlights to the 2022 Plan

  • Minimal rate increase and plan changes for Kaiser (CA only) & Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Introducing Tria Health in conjunction with BCBS to assist with Chronic Disease Management
  • Discovery Benefits is now WEX
  • Plan year change to calendar year – 01/01 – 12/31
    • Deductibles and accumulators will reset on 01/01/2022
  • Employer HSA contributions will be deposited biweekly (24 pay periods)
  • EverythingBenefits enrollment system to manage your benefit elections remains the same
  • iNGAGED No longer using App.

Tria Health is a free and confidential benefit that will support you in managing your health, medications and healthcare budget. Talk to a pharmacist over the phone and receive the personalized care you deserve.

Who Should Participate?

Tria Health’s Pharmacy Advocate Program is available for employees and/or dependents on the Flex Technology  Group health insurance. Tria Health is recommended for members who have any of the following:

  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • High Cholesterol
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Make sure medications are working as intended.
  • Help you save money
  • Answer health questions
  • Coordinate care with your doctor(s)

Basic Life Insurance & AD&D (Employer paid)

Voluntary Life Insurance & AD&D (Employee paid)

  • Additional coverage for life insurance is available for full-time employees and their eligible dependents.
  • Employee: increment of $10,000 up to a maximum of 5 times earnings. The Guarantee Issue amount is $150,000

  • 7 calendar day elimination period, benefits are payable on the 8th day. The maximum benefit duration is 11 weeks

    401(k) Retirement

    To help you build a solid financial future, Flex Technology Group is proud to offer eligible employees a 401(k) retirement plan. You are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Plan upon meeting the age and eligibility requirements. There are two types of salary deferrals: Pre-Tax 401(k) deferrals and Roth 401(k) deferrals.
